This blog hasn’t been updated in quite a while. Well, I do face questions on when I will post new stuff here on and off. Life just has been too full of things, things happy and happier. Anyway, today’s post goes out to someone who has been a constant source of strength, support and some great times in my life. Sujata.

The bond which has grown stronger as time flew by, closer as the miles between us increased, did I see it all coming my way when I first met the girl who could not stand me for a single minute? And on some times when I read those cliched, lame SMS forwards about life-long friendship and friends to die for, there is a name which always comes to my mind. Sujata.

While I would try not getting senti with all the mushy stuff and recounting the good ol’ times *sob*, now that you are not here, I think I now realise what I miss. My favourite punching bag, my LOL companion, my shopping mate, my night-stay buddy, my ferry to anywhere anytime I want, my elder sister. Sujata.

PS: This one has been long due. Whichever way you guys see it.

To visit the Darbar Sahib has been a verrrrrrrrrry ardent desire of mine for a verrrrrrrrrrrrry long time now. It would happen that friends/family/I/junta around would plan for a trip, but it just won’t realise. Just won’t! On some occassions, only a day visit would be possible, a mob going on the tour or simply some company I didn’t want. When it FINALLY happened on January 7, 2009. it couldn’t be more perfect. The perfect weather, the perfect timing, the perfect company..

It was a special wish of mine to visit the shrine at night time. Not only did that happen, I got to visit the next morning as well. And believe me the place is just as beautiful on a hazy, cloudy morning as it is on a chilly, all lit-up night!

I guess the fishes were more fascinating to someone. :X

Happy new year people! Another one is here before I even got the time to realize that 2009 is going. 20Ten just got happier for me as I finished my 5th sem exams yesterday [finally!], my Chinese second semester result in which I secured an overall 83% and a vacation coming up very very soon. The start couldn’t be better.

After one million years I think. I spent the first half of the year working and the second half watching movies And mercilessly giving exams all the time So this one must make for some news. Oh wait no, there was The Lost Symbol in between. And the usual once-every-4-months The Kite Runner.
